This is one of the best concerts I have recently attended.
He started with Bhairavi It was very good. Then he sang Saranga After this he sang Shree. I know very few artists sing Shree raga with detailed alapane. But TMK did an elaborate alapane. Yet I was disappointed as he did not do neraval and detailed swaraprastara for this kriti of Shree Dikshitar. After this he took up Saveri (Shree Shyama Shastri’s composition) which was superb. It is superlative with a detailed alapane, neraval, swaraprastara and tani avartana. Its one of the best Saveri I heard recently. It was surprising that only four ragas were sung for over two hours. By 09:15 I had to leave when he started Tillana. The accompaniment was really good.
Overall, the concert was simply superb. It was a great treat.

I attended a music concert on Saturday by Vidushi M S Sheela. The most appealing part of the concert was a krithi on Shanaishara by Shri Dikshitar in Yadukulakamboji and a rately heard composition of Mysore Vasudevacharya – Paripahimam Shri Dasharathe, in Shubhapantuvarali

Yesterday, I went to the concert of Maaharajapuram Ramachandram at Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha, Mysore. It was one of the best concerts I have heard live in recent times, But for some minor irritations of Vidwan M Chandrasekaran (Violinist), it was a very good and soothing one. The Raga Thana Pallavi in Saveri, Mohana, Thodi and Kalyani was excellent.
